Frequently asked

Do I have to reformat my stock list?

No. AeroStocker reads your existing spreadsheet, including title rows, merged headers and non-standard column names. Columns like “P/N”, “Part No.”, “NSN” or “Qty Avail” are matched automatically, and you review the mapping before publishing.

Can I upload by email?

Yes. Every supplier gets a private ingestion address. Forward your stock sheet there and the rows are staged for one-click publishing. This is ideal for daily price-list drops from an ERP.

Will my listings really show up on Google?

Yes. Every listing is a standalone URL with a descriptive title, meta description and Product structured data. A sitemap is generated automatically and an RSS feed of new inventory is published.

What if I don’t want to show prices?

Leave the price column blank and the listing shows “Request quote”. Buyers then send an RFQ, which you answer with your own commercial terms.
