1. The service

AeroStocker provides a listing and messaging platform for aircraft parts. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a supplier and we do not take title to, inspect, or certify any part.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate company information and be authorised to list the inventory you upload. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings

Listings must describe the actual part number, condition and certification status of the goods. Uploading inventory you do not hold, misrepresenting condition codes, or listing unserviceable parts as new is grounds for immediate suspension.

4. Membership and contact sharing

Direct contact details are exchanged only between two accounts holding an active PRO membership. Free accounts may send a limited number of inquiries and receive unlimited inbound inquiries. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Prohibited items

You may not list counterfeit parts, parts subject to export control restrictions without the required licences, or any item whose sale is unlawful in your jurisdiction or the buyer’s.

6. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroStocker is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, and total liability is limited to the membership fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
