Account data (company name, country, contact person, work email, phone), inventory data you upload, and usage data such as listing views, searches and messages exchanged on the platform.

How we use it

To operate your listings and storefront, to match sourcing requests with inventory, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to send transactional notifications about your account and inquiries.

Who sees what

Your company name, country and published inventory are public and intended to be indexed by search engines. Your phone number, email address, website and full address are shown only to other accounts holding an active PRO membership, and only when your own membership is active.

Search engines

Published listings and supplier profiles are public pages designed to be indexed by Google, Bing and other search engines. Do not upload inventory you do not want publicly discoverable.

Your rights

You can edit your company and account data at any time in the workspace, export your inventory as CSV, and request deletion of your account by contacting support@aerostocker.com.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie to carry one-time status messages. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
